Use in-app reporting first when possible so the report includes request/file metadata. Email support for harmful content, impersonation, cohort misuse, non-consensual material, or suspicious PDFs.

- Your account email address, if the request is account-specific.
- Your device and platform, such as iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows, or browser.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Screenshots or exact error text when safe to share.
- For peer-sharing safety reports, the in-app report category, approximate time, and the username/request context if available.
- For privacy requests, the right you want to exercise: access, correction, export, deletion, objection, or portability.
Do not send patient-identifying information, private health records, passwords, payment-card numbers, illegal sexual material, or sensitive documents through support email. If harmful content exists inside the app, use the in-app report flow where possible and describe the issue without forwarding the harmful file.
